Study cites military hospitals over substance abuse – A new study finds military doctors wrote nearly 3.8 million prescriptions for pain relievers in 2009 – more than four times the number written in 2001. Dr. Jon LaPook reports on the problem of military substance abuse that is reaching epidemic proportions.
