Question by forever: Is she on drugs?
My best friend has changed dramatically in a period of about 2-3 months. She’s lost interest in a lot of things, she lost weight, she’s become less open and way more secretive. She’s always complaining about chest pains, and while she’s pretty well rested she has red baggy eyes. She’s super energetic at times. What could it be? Thanks for any help, I care about her a lot becuase shes done a lot for me.

She’s also not rich at all so I don’t know what kind of help she can afford. But thanks in advance.
