if someone is acting crazy because of alcohol and drugs and theyre out of control and over 21 yrs of age how do you get them committed to a rehab? they were arrested already before and have pending court case.

It’s hard to know what you’re asking. Are you looking for a rehab center in the state of Connecticut? They probably exist, but it depends what kind of rehabilitation you seek (drug rehab, physical rehab, occupational rehab, etc.).
